exercising
How important is exercising? In my opinion I think it is a major aspect of every day life. It helps you maintain a healthy lifestyle and help prevent health problems such as heart disease, obesity and many other issues. You dont have to exercise exessively, just by doing something every day like running or playing a game of soccer helps keep your heart and body healthy. While you are young I think it is the most important time of your life to stay physically active. As you get older you have less time to workout with the stresses of having a full time job and a family to raise. So while you're young I feel it is extremely important to at least maintain a healthy habit of doing a small bit of exercise each day.

I agree, I also think exercise is an important part of everyday life. It gives you better health and wellness of life. When you are healthy you are able to perform your daily functions so much better. It is important the recognize the benefits when you are young so that you can hopefully continue reep those benefits as you grow older. If you don't have positive attitudes and exercise habits when younger, it will be hard to gain them when older.
